公路隧道运营安全节能技术实践——以重庆沪渝、渝黔高速公路隧道群为例

为提升公路隧道运营安全与节能水平,依托重庆沪渝、渝黔高速公路隧道群,开发一种新型隧道应急安全主动防控系统,可与原有高速公路综合管控系统联动控制,实现突发事件下对车辆的快速安全柔性阻拦,在既有管控平台基础上迭代升级,有效增强公路隧道应急管控效率;同时,开展了公路隧道涂层亮化改造、照明品质提升改造等技术实施效果的跟踪测试.结果表明:所辖隧道的涂装质量良好,照明指标符合标准规范要求,提升了所辖隧道的安全、节能与智慧化服务水平,并制定了相应养护改造方案,为进一步增强降本增效和风险管控能力提供技术支撑.
Safety and Energy Saving Technology Practice of Highway Tunnel Operation——A Case Study of Shanghai-Chongqing and Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway Tunnel Group in Chongqing
In order to improve the operation safety and energy saving level of highway tunnels,this paper relies on the Shanghai-Chongqing and Chongqing-Guizhou expressway tunnel clusters in Chongqing to develop a new tunnel emergency safety active prevention and control system,which can be combined with the original expressway integrated control system to achieve fast,safe and flexible blocking of vehicles under emergencies,which also makes an iterative upgradation on the basis of the existing control platform,and effectively enhances the emergency control efficiency of highway tunnel.At the same time,the project team carried out a tracking test on the implementation effect of highway tunnel coating lighting improvement,lighting quality improvement and other technologies.The results show that the coating quality of the administered tunnel is good,the lighting index meets the requirements of the standards and specifications,the safety,energy saving and intelligent service level of the administered tunnel are improved.Corresponding maintenance and renovation plan was formulated to provide technical support for further reducing cost and increasing efficiency and strengthening risk control ability.
