摘要
基于2012-2021年中国 30 个省份面板数据,实证检验数字新基建对中国式农业农村现代化的影响及作用机制.研究结果表明:数字新基建对中国式农业农村现代化发展存在显著促进作用,且这一作用在东部地区、非粮食主产区和高科技投入地区更显著.机制分析发现,要素配置效率在数字新基建驱动中国式农业农村现代化过程中起到关键传导作用.门槛分析显示,在跨过数字新基建的单门槛和要素配置效率的双门槛后,数字新基建对中国式农业农村现代化的推动作用更显著.空间分析发现,数字新基建对中国式农业农村现代化的影响具有正向空间溢出效应.基于此,提出完善数字新基建布局、提高生产要素配置效率、实施区域特色发展战略的建议,以期为扎实推进中国式农业农村现代化发展提供参鉴.
Abstract
Based on panel data from 30 provincial-level regions in China spanning the years 2012 to 2021,this empirical study examines the impact and mechanism of digital new infrastructure on the development of China's agricultural and rural modernization.The research results indicate a significant promoting effect of digital new infrastructure on the development of China's agricultural and rural mod-ernization,with this effect being more pronounced in the eastern regions,non-grain-producing areas,and areas with high levels of technological input.Mechanism analysis reveals that factor allocation efficiency plays a crucial mediating role in driving China's agricultural and rural modernization through digital new infrastructure.Threshold analysis demonstrates that after crossing both the single threshold of digital new infrastructure and the dual thresholds of factor allocation efficiency,the driving effect of digital new in-frastructure on China's agricultural and rural modernization becomes more significant.Spatial analysis re-veals a positive spatial spillover effect of digital new infrastructure on China's agricultural and rural mod-ernization.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed to improve the layout of digital new infrastructure,enhance the efficiency of production factor allocation,and implement regional development strategies with distinctive features.These suggestions aim to provide references for the solid promotion of China's agricultural and rural modernization.
