An Evolutionary Game Analysis of Dynamic Mechanism of Green Transformation in Resource-based Enterprises
Resource-based enterprises are highly dependent on the consumption of natural resources and have the characteristics of high energy consumption,high pollution and high emission.Promoting the green transformation of resource-based enterprises is an objective requirement for high-quality eco-nomic and social development.In view of this,this paper selects local government and the public as the power sources of external rigid and flexible constraints respectively,and considers the internal power of"hesitant"green transformation of resource-based enterprises.Based on the finite rationality hypothesis,this paper constructs a non-cooperative evolutionary game model of local government,the public and re-source-based enterprises.In order to explore the power source,mechanism and stability strategy of local government,public and resource-based enterprises in the process of promoting green transformation.The findings are as follows:(1)In terms of external impetus,local government's reward and punishment in-tensity,supervision intensity,public supervision and green consumption preference can promote the green transformation of resource-based enterprises;(2)In terms of endogenous dynamics,the acquisition of eco-nomic benefits and competitive advantages can promote the green transformation of resource-based en-terprises;(3)In terms of synergistic power,resource-based enterprises expect that the endogenous power of sustainable development and the external force formed after the strengthening of local government and public behavior can jointly promote the green transformation of resource-based enterprises;(4)At present,the status quo of green transformation of resource-based enterprises in Dalian is that the local government is strictly supervised,the public is actively supervised,and resource-based enterprises have not yet real-ized the overall independent green transformation.The research conclusions and policy recommendations of this paper can establish a theoretical and empirical basis for the green transformation of resource-based enterprises,help resource-based enterprises to explore a win-win path between development and resource and environmental protection,and promote their high-quality sustainable development.
