Measurement and Dynamic Evolution Analysis of Collaborative Development between High-tech Manufacturing Industry Chain and Innovation Chain
Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2022,an improved distance syn-ergy model is used to measure the level of collaborative development between high-tech manufacturing industry chains and innovation chains,and its dynamic evolution and convergence characteristics are deeply explored.Research has found that the overall level of coordinated development between the high-tech manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain in China is on the rise.The level of collaborative development between high-tech manufacturing industry chains and innovation chains in the four major regions has all improved.Among them,The eastern region has the strongest momentum of collaborative development between high-tech manufacturing industry chains and innovation chains,followed by the central and northeastern regions,and the western region has the smallest growth rate.The level of collaborative development between high-tech manu-facturing industry chains and innovation chains in various provinces has shown a steady upward trend,but there are significant differences.There is a significant spatial autocorrelation between the high-tech manufacturing industry chain and the innovation chain,and it exhibits a characteristic of wave.The level of coordinated devel-opment between the high-tech manufacturing industry chain and innovation chain in China and the four major regions is high σ Convergence,Absolute β Convergence and conditions β Convergence phenomenon.Based on this,policy suggestions are proposed to improve the"dual chain collaboration"service system,build a resource element sharing platform,and establish a regional interest linkage mechanism,hoping to provide new ideas for promoting the coordinated development of high-tech manufacturing industry chains and innovation chains,and accelerating the construction of a manufacturing power.
