Analysis on Influencing Factors of Knowledge Transfer of Public Administration Postgraduates
This paper aims to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of knowledge transfer for Public Administration Postgraduates.Based on the existing literature,the hypothesis model was constructed,and the partial least square structural equation modeling method(PLS-SEM)was used to verify the hypothesis model with the help of questionnaire survey data.The results showed that transfer motivation has a significant positive effect on project knowledge transfer,plays an intermediary role in the transfer process.Learning outcome has significant positive influence on project knowledge transfer,and while learning outcome and perceived content validity have indirect influence on project knowledge transfer through transfer motivation.The opportunity to use has a significant positive impact on the project knowledge transfer,and the supervisor supports have indi-rect impact on the project knowledge transfer through the transfer motivation and opportunity to use.Based on the research results,the paper puts forward some practical suggestions:Stimulate the moti-vation of knowledge transfer of postgraduate students in public administration;Optimize the content and format of the postgraduate education in public administration program;Strengthen support from public sector supervisors to create more opportunities to use.
