新型信息消费如何激发企业数字化转型?

随着全球经济格局的重塑和数字经济的兴起,新型信息消费已成为推动企业数字化转型的新引擎.选取 2011 年至 2019 年中国A股非金融类上市企业作为样本,以新型信息消费试点政策作为准自然实验场景,采用渐进式双重差分模型对政策的微观效应进行探讨.研究结果表明,新型信息消费试点政策显著加速了企业的数字化转型进程,尤其在数据驱动、政策支持等方面发挥了关键作用.机制分析发现,政策通过强化信息技术基础设施、激发市场潜能及增强创新动力等途径,促进了企业的数字化转型.此外,不同类型企业间转型效果存在异质性,其中民营企业、高新技术与资本密集型企业以及所在地被评为社会信用城市的企业表现尤为突出.研究为理解新型信息消费的微观政策效应提供了新视角,有助于促进企业在数字化浪潮中实现可持续发展.
How the New Information Consumption Will Inspire Digital Transformation in Companies
With the reshaping of the global economic landscape and the rise of the digital econ-omy,new information consumption has become a new engine to drive the digital transformation of enterprises.This paper selects China's A-share non-financial listed companies from 2011 to 2019 as samples,takes the pilot policy of new information consumption as a quasi-natural experiment sce-nario,and uses the multi-stage difference-difference model to explore the micro-effects of the policy.The study shows that the pilot policy on new information consumption significantly accelerates the digital transformation of enterprises,especially playing a key role in data-driven and policy support.Mechanism analysis finds that the policies have facilitated the digital transformation of enterprises by strengthening IT infrastructure,stimulating market potential and enhancing innovation dynamics.In addition,there is heterogeneity in the transformation effect among different types of enterprises,with private enterprises,high-tech and capital-intensive enterprises,and enterprises located in cities rated high in social credit were particularly outstanding.The findings provide new perspectives for understanding the micro-policy effects of new information consumption and offer targeted sugges-tions for policy formulation,with a view to promoting sustainable development of enterprises in the digitalization wave.
