Digital New Quality Productivity Empowers High-Quality Development of the Real Economy:Theoretical Basis and Empirical Facts
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2014 to 2022,this paper comprehen-sively uses the principal component analysis and the optimal order graph method to measure the digital new quality productivity,and on this basis,explores the relationship between the digital new quality productivity and the high-quality development of the real economy.Research has shown that digital new quality productivity plays a promoting role in the high-quality development of the real economy.The test results of the mechanism of action show that in the process of digital new quality productivity affecting the high-quality development of the real economy,technological innovation and the allocation of innovative factors play an important role.The results of spatial effect test show that digital new quality productivity not only has a positive impact on the high-quality development of the real economy in the region,but also has a positive impact on the high-quality development of the real economy in neighboring regions.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that the promo-tion effect of digital new quality productivity has regional heterogeneity.Specifically,compared with the central and western regions,the promotion effect of digital new quality productivity in the east-ern region is greater.The empirical results of this paper are conducive to clarifying the relationship between digital new quality productivity and the high-quality development of the real economy,and these conclusions can provide guidance for relevant departments to formulate policy documents to promote the high-quality development of the real economy.
