摘要
职业召唤作为个体工作目的和意义的追求,是个人核心价值观的表达和自我价值的体现,对工作场所个体的影响具有双面性,呈现"增益"和"抑制"双重效应,备受理论和实务界关注.本文将职业召唤嵌入个体职业生涯全过程,明晰职业召唤"双刃剑"效应的具体表现及其溢出性,基于社会认知职业理论、自我调节理论与资源保存理论进行阶段性差异化解析,建构整合模型.未来研究可尝试探讨职业召唤的跨层级垂滴效应传导机制;探究职业召唤的动态变化轨迹,解析非线性效应.
Abstract
As the pursuit of the purpose and meaning of work,it is the expression of personal core values and self-worth,and its influence on individuals in the workplace is two-sided,showing the dual effect of"gain"and"loss",which has attracted much attention in theory and practice.This study systematically examines and clarifies the impact of core values on individuals in the work-place.The present study embeds career calling in the whole career process,identifies the specific manifestations of the"double-edged sword"effect of career calling and conducts theoretical analysis based on social cognitive career theory,self-regulation theory and conservation of resources theory.Researchers could explore the transfer mechanism of the cross-level drip effect of career calling ex-plore the dynamic trajectory of career calling,and analyze the non-linear effect.
