高管团队稳定性与企业数字创新——基于风险防御视角的研究

本研究以 2012-2020 年A股上市公司为样本,基于风险防御视角检验了高管团队稳定性对企业数字创新的影响.稳健性检验后的结果表明,企业数字创新水平随高管团队稳定性的提高而显著增强.后续检验发现,高管团队稳定性能够通过降低企业风险承担水平来促进企业数字创新,验证了高管团队稳定性在增强企业数字创新的过程中存在风险防御效应.此外,当行业垄断地位较高、融资约束水平较高、信息不对称水平较高、媒体情绪更加消极,以及投资者情绪更加消极时,高管团队稳定性对企业数字创新的促进作用更强,为高管团队稳定性在促进企业数字创新过程中发挥的风险防御效应提供了佐证.本研究旨在探究高管团队稳定性对企业数字创新的作用机理,揭示了高管团队稳定性能够在企业数字创新活动中发挥重要的风险缓冲作用,为数字经济时代企业高管团队建设和创新战略实施提供了经验和启示.
TMT Stability and Corporate Digital Innovation——Research Based on Risk Prevention
Using a sample of A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2020,this paper empirical-ly tests the influence of TMT stability on corporate digital innovation.The results after robustness test show that corporate digital innovation level is significantly enhanced with the improvement of TMT stability.The subsequent test find that TMT stability can improve corporate digital innovation by reducing the corporate risk-taking level,which verifies TMT stability has a risk prevention effect in enhancing corporate digital innovation.In addition,when industry monopoly position is higher,financing constraints is higher,information asymmetry is higher,media sentiment is more negative and investor sentiment is more negative,TMT stability has a stronger promotion effect on corporate digital innovation,which provides evidence for the risk prevention effect of TMT stability in the pro-cess of promoting corporate digital innovation.This study aims to explore the mechanism of TMT stability affecting corporate digital innovation,reveals that TMT stability can play an important role in risk buffer in corporate digital innovation activities and provides experience and inspiration for TMT construction and innovation strategy implementation in digital economy era.
