How to Improve the Performance of Traditional Craft Enterprises through Innovation?
As a rare resource of innovation activities,Chinese traditional craft products are the key new elements for traditional manufacturing enterprises to promotes their innovation ability.From the theoretical perspective of"Profiting From Innovation",463 listed enterprises of traditional tech-nology and 33 listed enterprises of traditional technology that have obtained pilot qualification of ICH production-based safeguarding are included in the same research framework.The relationship between innovation input and firm performance,as well as the mediating role of the level of ICH production-based safeguarding is deeply discussed,and the moderating effects of human resource al-location and financial subsidy support on innovation input and firm performance in different samples.The results show that the innovation input and firm performance of traditional craft enterprises have a positive promoting effect;The level of production-based safeguarding has a mediating effect on the innovation input and firm performance of traditional craft enterprises that have obtained the quali-fication of ICH production-based safeguarding.In addition,employee human capital allocation and financial subsidy support have significant moderating effects in ICH production-based safeguarding enterprises,but both of them are negative,while the moderating effects are not obvious in other tra-ditional craft enterprises.
