区块链技术助力下创新生态系统如何影响绿色技术创新效率及内部平衡度?——基于fsQCA的组态研究

"双碳"目标对工业产业结构、生产方式绿色低碳转型提出新的要求。区块链等新型数字技术是工业数据要素流动汇聚、绿色创新生态系统重组优化、实现工业转型的重要推动力量。本研究构建"政府-市场-企业"理论分析框架,基于模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,聚焦中国 29 个省份,分析政策需求度、政府干预度、技术市场活跃度、外商直接投资、区块链技术应用程度、企业规模等区块链技术助力下创新生态系统构成因素与工业绿色技术创新效率和内部平衡度的复杂因果关系。研究结果表明:(1)工业绿色技术创新高效率与高平衡度适合的政府制度环境相反,高区块链技术应用程度以及活跃的技术市场对二者均发挥了重要推动作用;对中小型企业而言,并未发现非高效率以及非高平衡度的共同模式;(2)工业绿色技术创新效率存在 2 个提升路径"政府-网络驱动型"和"营商环境-网络驱动型";2 个抑制路径"政策-规模抑制型"和"技术-网络抑制型";(3)工业绿色技术创新系统平衡存在"营商环境-网络驱动型"和"政府-市场-网络驱动型"2 条驱动路径,以及"营商环境-规模抑制型"1 条抑制路径。研究丰富了对区块链等数字技术应用下的工业绿色技术创新系统平衡度的认识,为助力数字经济高质量发展,推动地方政府形成差异化的工业绿色技术创新提升路径提供有益启示。
How does the Innovation Ecosystem Fueled by Blockchain Affect the Efficiency and Internal Balance of Green Technology Innovation?——A Configuration Study Based on the Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)
The"dual-carbon"goal has put forward new requirements for the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial structure and production methods.New digital technology such as blockchain is an important driving force for the flow and convergence of industrial data elements,the reorganization and optimization of green innovation ecosystems,and the realization of industrial transformation.First,study constructs a theoretical framework of"government-mar-ket-enterprise".And then,based on the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method,focusing on 29 provinces in China,study analyzes the complex causal relationship between inno-vation ecosystem fueled by blockchain components,such as policy demand,government interven-tion,technology market activity,foreign direct investment,blockchain technology application and enterprise scale with industrial green technology innovation system efficiency(GTIE)and balance(GTISB).The results of the study show that:(1)government institutional environment that suit-able for high GTIE and high GTISB are opposite,but high degree of blockchain application and active technology market play an important role in promoting both;for small and medium-sized enterprises,a common pattern of non-high efficiency or non-high system balance is not found;(2)there are 2 driving paths for industrial GTIE,"government-network-driven"and"business environ-ment-driven";2 inhibitory paths,"policy-scale-inhibitory"and"technology-network-inhibitory";(3)there are 2 driving paths and 1 inhibitory path for GTISB.Study enriches the understanding of the GTISB under the application of digital technology such as blockchain,and provides useful in-sights for boosting high-quality development of the digital economy and for promoting local gov-ernments to form a differentiated path to enhance industrial green technology innovation.
