A Literature Review on the Effects of Employee Creativity
The effect of employee creativity is a hot topic in the current theoretical field,and the re-sults of this kind of research have grown rapidly in recent years,but they are still relatively scattered and lack of systematic combing.By combing relevant domestic and foreign literatures,the author summarized the research results of the effects of employee creativity at individual,team and organizational levels,gen-eralized the mediating theoretical mechanism of the effects of employee creativity at individual and team levels,and summarized the moderating factors of the effects of employee creativity at individual,inter-personal,team,organizational and environmental levels.Then the study constructed a causal relationship diagram of the effects of employee creativity.On this basis,a multilevel double-edged sword effects of employee creativity for future research was proposed,which included individual,team and organization levels.This provides the basis and foundation for the dialectical and systematic expansion of the relevant research of the effects of employee creativity,and also provides reference for the organization to improve the management practice of employee creativity.
