互联网、云计算、大数据等现代信息技术启迪了人类的思维,也赋能各行各业,更深刻改变着生产、生活、学习方式,开辟了广阔的发展前景.随着信息技术在教育领域的不断演进和融合深入,形成两个关键概念,即"教育信息化"和"教育数字化转型",引起广泛的讨论和实践.这两个概念看起来似乎相近,但实际上代表着不同的教育发展方向.对此,为明晰两个概念的区别,通过回顾国家自 2012 年至今颁布的教育领域相关政策措施,深入辨析它们的异同点.据此提出,教育信息化是信息技术服务于工业社会的教育形态,是信息技术为教育服务,提高效率的实践;而教育数字化转型则是对教育传输媒介、知识获取方式的整体改变,意味着对教育行业形态的重塑.在此基础上分析教育数字化转型的重要意义,主要包括对提高教育质量、促进教育公平、推动教育改革,以及培养创新型人才方面的积极作用.
Informatization and Digital Transformation of Education
Scientific and technology advances are changing rapidly,enlightening human thinking and empowering different industries.Modern information technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,and big data have profoundly changed the way of production,living,and learning,having opened up broad prospects for development.At the same time,the field of education is also evolving.As the integration of science and technology innovation and education deepens,two key concepts,namely"education informatization"and"education digital transformation",have brought extensive discussion and practice.They seem to be similar,but actually represent different directions of education development.This paper explores these two concepts in depth and reviews the relevant policies and measures in the field of education from 2012 up to the present.It identifies education informatization as the practice of information technology serving education and improving efficiency;while education digital transformation is an overall change in the medium of education transmission and knowledge acquisition,which further implies reshaping the education industry.The article also analyzes the significance of education digital transformation,mainly including the positive effects on promoting education equity,education reform,and cultivating innovative talents.
