The Concept Renewal and Practical Innovation of Digital Literacy Education in Colleges and Universities
In the digital age,it is the duty of higher education to cultivate students'digital literacy,which is also the inherent requirement of the digital transformation of higher education.At present,digital literacy education in colleges and universities urgently needs to break through the dependence on the model of library information literacy education,and the strategy to achieve this breakthrough lies in the concept renewal and practical innovation.Concept renewal is a clear understanding of the transcendence and comprehensiveness of the concept of digital literacy,whose transcendence is mainly reflected in the importance of critical information analysis ability and creative information production ability,and whose comprehensiveness is reflected in the plurality of the connotation,the heterogeneity of the framework and the diversity of the types.Practical innovation is to implement the new mode of digital literacy education which is named"multiagent cooperation,hierarchical cultivation and diversified forms"."Multiagent cooperation"means that the stakeholders,namely universities,enterprises and the government,shall jointly undertake the responsibility of digital literacy education."Hierarchical cultivation"refers to conducting digital literacy education at different levels of educational targets and objectives."Diversified forms"emphasizes the implementation of three innovative forms,namely the integration within subject courses,project-based learning and the establishment of maker spaces.
