ChatGPT类生成式人工智能教育伦理危机及其应对

以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能工具正在冲击甚至重塑学校教育生态,"人工智能+教育"成为未来教育发展的必然趋势.在人工智能的深度影响下,知识朝着软化、暗化和整全化的趋势发展.学习方式由"搜索"转向"对话",并进一步助推学生的深度学习.教学目标步步升级,物态化教育现场也面临着解构.在人工智能时代,"超真实"经验遮蔽了身体感知觉经验,教师成为一个伦理身份模糊不清的虚拟节点,师生交往逐步弱化.而传统的普通教育学原理也将面临对教育经验方式的解释框架的全面失效.应对人工智能教育伦理危机必须从工具性思维走向共生性思维,直面教育生态变革,通过重构教师社会身份、重塑教学实践方式、重设教育伦理规范、重建教育理论基础,主动构建"人工智能+教育"的多元图景.
Educational Ethical Crisis of ChatGPT/Generative Artificial Intelligence and Its Response
Generative artificial intelligence technology represented by ChatGPT is impacting and even reshaping the ecology of school education."Artificial intelligence+education"has become an inevitable trend in the future development of education.Under the deep influence of artificial intelligence,knowledge is developing towards softening,darkening and integration.Learning methods are shifting from"searching"to"dialogue",further boosting students'deep learning.Teaching objectives are being upgraded step by step,and the materialization of educational scenes is also facing deconstruction.In the era of artificial intelligence,"super-real"experience obscures bodily perceptual experience,and teachers become virtual nodes with blurred ethical identities,gradually weakening the interaction between teachers and students.Meanwhile,traditional principles of general pedagogy will also face a comprehensive failure of the explanatory framework for the way of educational experience.To address the ethical crisis in artificial intelligence education,it is necessary to shift from instrumental thinking to symbiotic thinking,face the transformation of the education ecosystem,and actively construct a diverse landscape of"artificial intelligence+education"by reconstructing the social identity of teachers,reshaping teaching practice methods,resetting educational ethical norms,and rebuilding the theoretical foundation of education.
