Research on the System Dynamic Mechanism of High-quality and Balanced Development of Compulsory Education Informatization
Grasping the evolution law and driving force of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education informatization from a systematic perspective is of great significance to improve the timeliness of early warning and pertinence of governance. Using the method of system dynamics, this paper constructs the simulation model of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education informatization, structurally analyzes the driving factors and internal dynamic mechanism of high-quality and balanced development, and defines the driving force and future trend of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education informatization. The research shows that the driving forces for the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education informatization are informatization application, informatization organization and management, informatization guarantee mechanism, digital education resource platform and informatization infrastructure, which can improve the application investment focusing on teachers' information technology application ability, consolidate the management investment focusing on the construction of information organization and management team and information incentive and evaluation system, and improve the constructive investment focusing on the satisfaction of digital education resource platform and information infrastructure construction, so as to promote the high-quality and balanced development of informatization in compulsory education.
