Research on Regional Digital Transformation of Education Based on Data Governance
With the further development of education informatization, it has gradually evolved from the stage of integration and innovation to the digital transformation of education. Data governance plays a key role in the digital transformation of education, driving reform in the education sector through its technical and management advantages. Based on the Weber data governance contingency model and the Open Systems Interconnection Reference (OSI) model, this study deeply discusses the internal mechanism and path of regional education digital transformation. The research results show that data governance can effectively promote the collaborative efficiency of smart education governance, the high-quality and diversification of digital education resources, the innovation of high-quality education, and the normalization of"three classrooms". In order to further promote the digital transformation of regional education, this study puts forward some strategic suggestions to optimize the top-level design, solidify the construction of the pivotal data layer, strengthen the application layer coverage, and comprehensively develop educational resources. This study not only enriches the theoretical system of the digital transformation of education, but also provides practical guidance for the digital transformation of regional education in China, which has important theoretical significance and practical value.
