The digital transformation of education is a strategically important move to implement the goals of developing science,education,and talent,as well as driving innovation.Data serves as a crucial element and strategic resource for universities in advancing their digital transformation.Creating a digital,intelligent,and personalized educational environment by effectively utilizing data resources to promote innovation in business models has become an essential task in the construction of digital transformation in higher education.As a fundamental project in the digitalization of universities,the campus card system plays a significant role at the forefront of data governance and the integration of innovative business.To enhance the effectiveness of data governance and address problems proactively,it is necessary to outline the overall thinking of data governance,and design and implement a framework for data governance in the campus card system,which includes a data standard system,a foundational support system,and an organizational assurance system.Based on this framework,guided by the principles of"application-oriented,service-oriented,concise and efficient,and secure operation",and driven by innovative applications and service demands,it is important to strengthen overall planning,design the top-level framework for data governance in the campus card system,and treat data as the foundation for business development,thus providing standardized data services to promote the smartification of campus card services and facilitate the digital transformation of a comprehensive platform for campus life services in higher education based on the campus card system.
