Research on Adaptive Learning in the Era of Large Models:Progress,Examples,and Prospects
The synergistic integration of adaptive learning systems and generative artificial intelligence is reshaping education,a development demanded by economic globalization and technological change,and an inevitable phase in the progress of human civilization.On the basis of reviewing the historical development and technological advantages of intelligent adaptive learning,this paper discusses the research progress of intelligent adaptive learning from a global perspective,and clarifies the five levels of intelligent adaptive learning,which are Internet education,intelligent tools,intelligent adaptive learning,advanced intelligent adaptive learning,and fully intelligent adaptive learning.At the technical level,the focus is on introducing the core development modules of the hybrid expert education big model,discussing how to build a mutual empowerment and organic combination between the big model,intelligent adaptive knowledge graph,and recommendation system,ultimately forming an artificial intelligence agent with the big model as the core.At the same time,relying on the technological architecture of intelligent adaptive learning applications,typical cases of its application are presented.On this basis,the research explores the technological application of intelligent adaptive learning,sorts out and summarizes the future vision of intelligent adaptive learning:The first is to build standards for science education for all;The second is to create a synchronous evolution between artificial intelligence and human intelligence;The third is to promote the realization of an educational powerhouse through high-quality talent cultivation.
