Research on the Design of Creative Labor Practice Activities from the Perspective of STEM Education
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and it is the only way to cultivate the whole person.The advent of the information age and the development of intelligent technology have brought about changes in the form of labor,and labor has been given a new connotation.In order to adapt to the new form and connotation of labor,labor education must be based on the characteristics of the times,make breakthroughs and innovations in technological development,get rid of the mindset formed by labor education in the past,and carry out creative labor education,so as to cultivate a creative labor force that can adapt to the development of the information society.Based on Wallas's four stages of creative thinking,this paper explores the mechanism of creative labor,and it can be seen that there is a high degree of consistency between the mechanism of creative labor and STEM education,and both of them cultivate creativity and other qualities through a scientific process.Therefore,from the perspective of relatively mature STEM education and the four stages of creative thinking development,this paper constructs a model of creative labor practice activities and designs cases,aiming to explore innovative labor education that conforms to the development of the information age and cultivate creative talents for the development of the information society.
