人工智能赋能基础教育高质量发展的路径与愿景

推动基础教育高质量发展,人工智能赋能作用不容忽视.人工智能赋能基础教育高质量发展,对教育资源供给、学生学习、教师发展、教育评价、教育治理将产生革命性的影响.从技术应用的视角出发,围绕高质量公平、高质量环境、高质量教学、高质量育人四个维度提出人工智能赋能基础教育高质量发展路径.包括:5G推动"三个课堂"落地,促进教育高质量均衡发展;虚拟现实技术构建虚实融生的学习环境,创设沉浸式学习体验;人工智能教学助手创新教学模式,推进人机协同教学;智能评测工具替代教师,助力个性化学习落地;基于大数据的学习分析,推动精准化的教与学.在此基础上,从四个方面阐述人工智能赋能基础教育高质量发展的愿景:一是立德树人,培养面向智能时代全面发展的人才;二是优质均衡,推动规模化教育与个性化培养成为现实;三是教师发展,智能教育素养成为不可或缺的核心素养;四是伦理规范."以人为本"推进教育人工智能应用.
High-Quality Development of Basic Education Empowered by Artificial Intelligence:Path and Vision
To promote the high-quality development of basic education,the empowering function of artificial intelligence can not be ignored.Artificial intelligence empowers the high-quality development of basic education,which will have a revolutionary impact on the supply of educational resources,student learning,teacher development,educational evaluation,and educational governance.From the perspective of technology application,this research puts forward the path of high-quality development of basic education by artificial intelligence,which is based on the two dimensions of high-quality balance of basic education and high-quality development of teaching,includes:5G promotes the landing of"three classrooms"and enhances the balanced development of high-quality education;Al assistant builds an intelligent teaching environment and promotes human-computer collaborative teaching;intelligent evaluation tools replace teachers and help individualized learning;VR/AR builds a virtual learning environment and creates an immersive learning experience;applies educational big data learning analysis to promote precise teaching.On this basis,the vision of AI empowering the high-quality development of basic education is elaborated from four aspects:firstly,to cultivate talents with moral character and all-round development oriented towards the era of intelligence;The second is to achieve high-quality balance and promote the realization of large-scale education and personalized training;The third is the development of teachers,and intelligent education literacy has become an indispensable core literacy;The fourth is ethical norms,which can promote the application of artificial intelligence in education with a people-oriented approach.
