Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Artificial Intelligence to Promote the Professional Growth of Rural Teachers
The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,especially the emergence of ChatGPT,has attracted the enthusiastic attention of many scholars in the field of education,and its educational application value and practical path have become a hot topic.The Ministry of Education has launched step by step projects,analyzing the existing achievements,identifying existing problems,and finding solutions,exploring new paths for artificial intelligence to assist teachers'professional development and providing new ways for rural teachers'professional growth.Artificial intelligence technology is of great value to the professional growth of rural teachers.From the perspective of the development characteristics,the professional growth of rural teachers urgently needs the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence;as far as the coupling relationship is concerned,artificial intelligence gives a new connotation to the professional growth of rural teachers;when it comes to the policy orientation,artificial intelligence is imperative to promote the professional growth of teachers.However,the current application of AI in education is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still problems that need to be solved,namely,the external dilemma based on the construction of an intelligent environment and the improvement of intelligent literacy,and the internal dilemma based on the rural teachers'knowledge,emotion,intention and action.Based on this,practical paths are proposed around the environmental layer,technical layer,application layer,and guarantee layer:firstly,optimize the intelligent environment construction of rural schools,and provide practical fields for rural teachers;Secondly,attach great importance to the safety of the use of artificial intelligence and provide strong guarantees for rural teachers;thirdly,actively explore"artificial intelligence+education"to provide endogenous strength for rural teachers;fourthly,improve the rural intelligent system and provide professional guidance for rural teachers.
