提升大学生数字素养是以教育数字化转型推进数字强国建设的现实之需,大学生数字素养培育对全面提升公民数字素养、营造良好数字生态环境具有重要的支撑作用.数字素养不仅包含大学生认知、收集和获取数字信息的能力,而且包括数据分析、交流、沟通和评价的能力,在解决数字问题中保障数字安全的能力.随着数字技术的快速发展,大学生数字素养培育面临"数字信息茧房"遮蔽大学生对数字素养的科学认知、"数字意识形态风险"消解大学生数字素养的道德规范、"数字鸿沟"造成大学生数字素养培育泛娱乐化等现实问题.因此,高校要牢固树立数字化思维,积极推进数字技术与数字素养培育融合发展;建立健全数字资源共享平台,着力推进数字信息与数字素养培育协同发展;强化数字信息安全管理,加快推进数字治理与数字素养培育良性发展,为数字中国建设培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人.
Dilemma and Countermeasures of Cultivating Digital Literacy for College Students in the Digital Era
The cultivation of digital literacy is a practical necessity for enhancing college students'digital skills and promoting the construction of a digital power in the digital society.Digital literacy not only includes the ability of college students to recognize,collect,and obtain digital information in the digital era,but also includes the ability to analyze,communicate,and evaluate data,and the ability to ensure digital security in solving digital problems.In the new era,the cultivation of digital literacy for college students faces practical problems such as the"digital information cocoon"obscuring their scientific understanding of digital literacy,the"digital ideological risk"dispelling the moral norms of digital literacy for college students,and the"digital divide"causing the cultivation of digital literacy for college students to become more entertainment oriented.Therefore,universities should firmly establish digital thinking and actively promote the integration and development of digital technology and digital literacy cultivation;Establish and improve a digital resource sharing platform,focusing on promoting the coordinated development of digital information and digital literacy cultivation;And strengthen digital information security management,accelerate the healthy development of digital governance and digital literacy cultivation,and cultivate a large number of new generations worthy of the task of national rejuvenation for the construction of digital China.
