Artificial Intelligence Education Practice in Junior High School:Consensus and Issues under the New Curriculum Standard—Based on the Analysis of Ten National Junior High School Information Technology Quality Lesson
Artificial intelligence education is an inevitable trend nowadays and an important way to cultivate students'key abilities.This paper selects 10 national high quality information technology and artificial intelligence education courses as samples,adopts non-participatory observation method and content analysis method,and analyzes the four dimensions of teaching content,activity design,implementation path and technology carrier based on the new curriculum standard perspective,and further reveals the common issues in artificial intelligence education practice of junior high schools,such as lack of interdisciplinary perspective;the depth of interaction between human and technology to be explored;and artificial intelligence teaching environment to be improved.As the first educational practice carried out under the background of the new curriculum standard,it provides thinking and enlightenment for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of junior high school artificial intelligence education.First,consider the essential problems of junior high school artificial intelligence education:what kind of students to cultivate and how to cultivate talents in this intelligent era;comprehensively improve teachers'artificial intelligence information literacy,build an interdisciplinary curriculum system of"Artificial intelligence+X",and explore flexible and diverse forms of artificial intelligence education;further explore and build artificial intelligence education resources,focusing on the typical characteristics of artificial intelligence education with strong practicality,interdisciplinary thinking and thinking ability.
