New Idea for the Construction of Indicators for the Development Dimension of Artificial Intelligence Literacy:Except from the 2023 Annual Report on Artificial Intelligence Promoting the Development of Education (Ⅳ)
Artificial intelligence literacy is the product of the era spawned by the intelligent society, and is the driving force to lead mankind into the future. Artificial intelligence literacy has attracted great attention at home and abroad, but most of the research remains in the concept interpretation or the development and evaluation of literacy framework for specific scenarios and subjects, and there is still a lack of construction of comprehensive intelligence literacy evaluation index system for localization development. Combined with the internal laws of the existing artificial intelligence literacy framework system at home and abroad, and referring to relevant policies and cases, this study constructs localized and multi-agent artificial intelligence literacy development indicators from the four educational subject dimensions of students, teachers, administrators and parents. Meanwhile, the core elements of the four education subject literacy framework are extracted, and the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to form a universal artificial intelligence literacy index system for the whole people, including consciousness and thinking, knowledge and skills, intelligent application, ethics and norms, a total of 4 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators, in order to optimize the path of talent training in the intelligent age of China and provide guidance for the development of intelligent education.
