智能时代人工智能何以助力教师队伍建设

人工智能教育应用为深化教师队伍建设提供新的方法手段.针对如何应用人工智能助力教师队伍建设问题,采用内容分析法对国内122篇CSSCI期刊文献进行分析.研究发现,人工智能对于教师队伍建设的赋能价值不断得到认可,当前该领域的研究主要集中在人工智能时代人类教师职业身份反思、人工智能促进教师专业特质重构探讨、人工智能赋能教师专业成长机制探究、人工智能助力课堂教学变革探索等方面.但研究议题尚未响应国家建设高质量教师队伍、构建高质量教育支撑体系的战略部署;研究视角局限于教育学领域;研究方法以理论思辨为主,缺乏实证分析.人工智能对教师队伍建设与课堂教学改革价值没有充分体现,缺乏可供借鉴的经验做法.结合当前研究与实践现状、教育改革与教师队伍建设最新动向以及人工智能的未来发展趋势,以高质量发展目标为引领,以人类发展生态学理论为指导,从研究重心、研究视角、研究范式等方面对该领域后续研究进行展望,提出人工智能时代高质量、生态化与证据导向的教师队伍建设研究价值取向.
How Artificial Intelligence Helps the Construction of Teachers in the Age of Intelligence
The educational application of artificial intelligence provides new methods and means for deepening the construction of the teaching staff.In response to the issue of how to better apply artificial intelligence to assist in the construction of the teaching staff,the article uses bibliometric analysis and content analysis methods to analyze 122 domestic CSSCI journal articles.Research has found that the empowering value of artificial intelligence in the construction of the teaching team is continuously recognized.Currently,research in this field in China mainly focuses on four aspects:reflection on the professional identity of human teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,exploration of artificial intelligence promoting the reconstruction of teacher professional traits,exploration of the mechanism of artificial intelligence empowering teacher professional growth,and exploration of artificial intelligence assisting teacher classroom teaching reform.However,the research topic has not yet responded to the major strategic deployment of building a high-quality teacher team and a high-quality education support system in the country.The research perspective is limited to the field of education,and the research methods are mainly theoretical speculation,lacking empirical analysis.The role of artificial intelligence in the construction of the teaching team and classroom teaching reform has not been fully reflected,and there is no experience or practice to learn from.Based on the current research and practice status,the latest trends in education reform and teacher team construction,as well as the future development trend of artificial intelligence,guided by high-quality development goals and the theory of human development ecology,this paper looks forward to future research in this field from the perspectives of research focus,perspective,and paradigm,and proposes a research value orientation for high-quality,ecological,and evidence-based teacher team construction in the era of artificial intelligence.
