Building a Solid Digital Foundation for the Cultivation of New Quality Talents:Interpretation and Reflection on the Key Points for Improving Digital Literacy and Skills for All in 2024
In February 2024,the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and other four departments issued the Key Points for Improving Digital Literacy and Skills for All in 2024,which deployed 17 key tasks for improving digital literacy and skills for all in six aspects.Interpreting the key points of this work is of great significance to clarify the realistic situation and challenges of citizens'digital literacy and skills in the digital transformation of education in China,and to build a more sound digital literacy and skills cultivation system.The researchers used content analysis and comparative analysis to elaborate the background and research purpose of the publication,compared the differences between the three editions of the Action Plan/Work Points for Improving Digital Literacy and Skills for All(2021,2022,2024),analyzed and clarified their different emphases,and discussed the main tasks of the work points from the perspective of systematic thinking.At last,from the perspective of new quality talents training,it will reflect on its enlightenment to improve the digital literacy and skills for all in our country,in order to provide a practical reference for accelerating the process of digital transformation of education in our country,helping to train new quality talents,and promoting the construction of a great educational power.
