The Logical Framework and Information System of Digital Transformation of Higher Education
As the new wave of technological and industrial revolutions advances,digital transformation has become a global consensus in the education sector.Currently,the digital transformation of higher education in China is in its nascent stage,with the overall logical framework for digital transformation still unclear.How to deploy and construct an information system for higher education institutions has become an urgent issue for universities to consider.In this context,the researcher proposes a logical framework for educational digital transformation,encompassing three main elements:"driving factors","technologies and methods",and"objectives".The driving factors include the needs of learners,societal demands,educational reform,and the possibilities offered by information technology.Technologies and methods,as the core of the logical framework,are described from the perspectives of government,enterprises,schools,and teachers.Finally,the objectives of digital transformation are described from micro to macro levels.The study also suggests constructing an information system for digital transformation,highlighting the role and construction ideas of information technology in the digital transformation process of higher education institutions,providing insights and references for the digital transformation strategies in the education field.
