Digital Transformation Strategy of Science and Higher Education in Russia and its Enlightenment
In order to promote the leapfrog development of scientific research and the self-realization of individual students,Russia has been implementing a strategy of digital transformation in the field of science and higher education since 2020.It has been defined as five key directions:"Building digital transformation architecture""Promoting digital services""Strengthening data management""Facilitating the modernization of infrastructure"and"Enhancing digital literacy of people".Within the framework of these directions,seven projects have been launched,including"Data Hub""Digital Transformation Architecture""Digital University""Unified Service Platform for Science""Software and Hardware Market""Digital Education"and"Service Hub".This strategy is an essential part of Russian national digital transformation.It is integrated reengineering in science and higher education,focusing on utilizing the core value of data,and closely aligned with national information security.This study has an important inspirational value for the current development of digital transformation of education in China.
