Research on Digital Transformation of Education in Singapore under the Perspective of Three-spiral Theory
The digital transformation of education has become an important issue and strategic orientation of all countries in the world.Singaporee's government,schools and industries have formed a triple helix model of social ecology in constant collaboration and interaction with the common goal of promoting digital transformation of education.The government proactively sets the stage through strategic guidance,financial support,and environmental creation,schools actively participate through the construction of digital courses and the cultivation of teacher literacy,and industries provide strong support through feedback on talent needs and providing practical bases.At the same time,the government,schools and industry should jointly govern,share and build together,complement each other's advantages in the collaborative coupling,actively promote the digital transformation of education,and empower the country's education quality,human capital and economic and social development.Drawing on the experience of digital transformation of education in Singapore,China should focus on multi-party cooperation to promote digital transformation of education;focus on government policies to optimize the top-level design of digital transformation of education;take school education as the base point to strengthen the cultivation of digital literacy and skills of teachers and students;rely on industrial development to promote the construction of digital practice platform of education,in order to promote the digital transformation of education in China and the accelerated construction of Digital China.
