Research on Enhancing the Teaching Capabilities of Teachers in Vocational College in Industries from the Perspective of Digital Transformation
In the current era where digital transformation has become an inevitable trend in the development of higher vocational education,it is imperative to highlight industrial digital application scenarios, promote the digital transformation of education, and cultivate talents in digital teaching. To address the new challenges posed by the integrated intelligent and digital teaching environment to teachers in developing and applying teaching resources and conducting blended teaching, this study utilizes bibliometric methods to conduct a visual analysis of papers published in CSSCI-sourced journals on CNKI,combined with a field survey method to investigate and analyze the needs for digital transformation in industry-oriented higher vocational colleges. The results indicate that digital transformation has a positive guiding effect and a supply-demand convergence effect on the teaching capabilities of teachers in industry-oriented higher vocational colleges.Teachers face capability demands at five levels:teaching resource development, instructional design, practical teaching, classroom teaching organization, and teaching evaluation and reflection.Attention should be paid to three aspects:the selection of teaching environments and conditions, the application of digital evaluation tools and technologies, and the practice of differentiated and personalized teaching.Based on this, effective countermeasures to enhance teachers'digital teaching capabilities are summarized as follows:the establishment and application of new standards,goal-oriented autonomous learning and training, and systematic design driven by projects. These measures aim to provide references for improving teaching capabilities in higher vocational colleges currently within the industry,as well as for individual teachers.
