摘要
解决大学生高质量充分就业的难点在于提升地方高校大学生就业质量.构建就业质量指标体系和测度模型是研究就业质量的基础.基于宏观数据及本地区地方高校调查数据,测度毕业生就业质量,结果表明:地方高校与非地方高校毕业生就业质量差距较大;男生比女生就业质量更高;高学历的就业质量显著更高;校园招聘的方式越来越成为提高就业质量的重要方式;党员就业质量在某些方面要高于非党员就业质量;沿海并不比本地就业质量更高.据此,提出了重视校园招聘平台、充分挖掘高校在本地资源,适度拓展家庭资源等地方高校大学生就业质量提升路径.
Abstract
The difficulty in solving the problem of high-quality and full employment for college students lies in improving the employment quality of local college students.The construction of an employment quality indicator system and an employ-ment quality measurement model is the foundation for studying employment quality.By collecting macro data and using a mul-tiple regression analysis model,the paper analyzed the macro employment quality of college students,as well as the significant differences in employment quality between non local and local universities.On the basis of survey data from local universities in the region,the employment quality of graduates in the region was measured.The results showed that in terms of gender,the employment quality of males was higher than that of females;in terms of educational level,the quality of employment is signif-icantly higher for those with higher educational qualifications;in terms of employment channels,campus recruitment is in-creasingly becoming an important way to improve the quality of employment;in terms of political outlook,the employment quality of party members is higher than that of non party members in some aspects;in terms of employment areas,the quality of employment in coastal areas is not higher than that in local areas.Based on this,it is proposed to attach importance to cam-pus recruitment platforms,fully tap into local resources of universities,and moderately expand family resources to improve the employment quality of local university students.
