文化生态保护区建设的路径探索与思考——以赣南客家文化生态保护区为例

摘要
赣南是客家人的主要聚居地之一,是客家文化的重要传承地和组成部分.设立赣南客家文化生态保护区,是对赣南客家文化进行区域性整体保护的有效尝试.通过对赣南客家文化生态保护区过去十年建设的方法路径进行总结,指出该保护区建设中存在的管理机制不健全、整体性保护意识不足、民众主体作用发挥不充分等诸多短板.赣南客家文化生态保护区建设,应该强化政府负责、部门协作、民众参与的工作格局,提升整体性保护水平,提高民众主动参与的意识,推动以非遗为核心的优秀传统文化得到有效保护,使保护区建设在实践探索中不断前行.
Abstract
Gannan is one of the major settlements of the Hakka people,as well as an important inheritance and component of Hakka culture.Establishing the Hakka Cultural and Ecological Reserve in southern Jiangxi province is an effective attempt to protect the Hak-ka culture in the region as a whole.While summarizing the approaches to the construction of the Hakka Cultural and Ecological Reserve in southern Jiangxi over the past decade,it points out that there are many shortcomings in the construction of the reserve,such as in-complete management mechanism,insufficient awareness of overall protection and the insufficient role of the people.The construction of the Hakka Cultural and Ecological Reserve in southern Jiangxi should strengthen the work pattern of government responsibility,de-partmental coordination and public participation,improve the level of overall protection,enhance the public's awareness of active par-ticipation,promote the non-heritage as the core of the excellent traditional culture to be effectively protected,and make the construction of the reserve continue to advance in the practical exploration.
