Against the backdrop of the promulgation and implementation of The Family Education Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China,improving the effectiveness of primary school teachers'family education has profound significance for developing high-quality school-family cooperation and achieving the educational goal of moral cultivation.However,in the actual context of home-work,the effectiveness of primary school teachers'family education guidance is not satisfactory.To break through this dilemma,it is necessary to formulate specific opinions on teachers'family education guidance in the context of homework;accelerate the implementa-tion of an education evaluation system aimed at comprehensive development;establish a professional ability training mechanism for teachers'family education guidance that integrates pre-service,entry,and in-service training;strengthen the concept of school-family cooperative education and create a good external environment for teachers to carry out family education guidance;carry out deep inter-action between schools and families around homework to help parents change their family education concepts.
