摘要

教师教育课程作为师范生人才培养课程体系的重要组成部分,明确建设的逻辑理路,寻找课程建设的着力点和突破口,对提高人才培养质量重要且迫切.教师教育课程建设不仅要体现师范专业认证的时代价值要求,还要根植全面发展的育人价值追求;内容设计上要以高尚师德和教育情怀的涵养为核心,以教育教学知识和能力的培养为基础,以创新精神和终身学习能力的培养为主线;具体实践中,教师教育课程内容要坚持师德教育与专业能力教育的统一,课程教学要坚持理论与实践的统一,课程评价要兼顾多元与多维的统一,还要注意教师教育师资力量的校内外统整,以期提升教师教育课程建设的质量和人才培育效能.

Abstract

Teacher Education curriculum,as an important part of the curriculum system of talent training for normal students,should clarify the logic of the construction and find the focus and breakthrough for curriculum construction.The construction of teacher education curriculum should not only reflect the requirements of the era for teacher professional certification,but also take root in the pursuit of all-round development of education.In terms of content design,it should focus on the cultivation of noble professional ethics and educational sentiment,with the cultivation of educational and teaching knowledge and abilities as the foundation,and the cultiva-tion of innovative spirit and life-long learning abilities as the main line.In specific practice,the content of teacher education courses should adhere to the unity of moral education and professional ability education,the curriculum teaching should adhere to the unity of theory and practice,and the curriculum evaluation should balance the unity of diversity and multi-dimension.Attention should also be paid to the integration of teachers inside and outside the university to improve the quality of teacher education curriculum construction and talent cultivation efficiency.
