"大思政课"视阈下高校辅导员工作课程化探析

摘要
党和国家推动"大思政课"建设给高校辅导员工作课程化研究和实践提供了历史性机遇.基于"大思政课"背景,推进高校辅导员工作课程化实践具有辅导员身份、职能和发展变革诉求的大逻辑,具备辅导员供优课、能上课和讲道理核心功能的大价值,需要辅导员重在落实、基于事实和成在课改行动力的大担当.倡导辅导员工作课程化,绝非推动专职辅导员兼职化的历史性倒退,也不是促使专职辅导员专任教师化的转型,而是试图创设一种融辅导员"干部+教师"双重身份、"工作+教育"双重职能和"职称+职务"双重晋升于一体的途径和方法,形成有利于辅导员潜下心来育人、静下心来教育教学的制度环境,建设一支职业化专业化专家化辅导员队伍,使他们真正成长为学生心目中具有"大先生"情怀、教育家精神的知心朋友和人生导师.
Abstract
The construction of"Big Ideological and Political Course",is promoted by CPC and the state which provides a historic opportunity for the research and practice of college counselors.Based on the background of"Big Ideological and Political Course",promoting the curricular practice of college counselors'work has the"big logic"of counselors'identity,functions and demands for de-velopment and change.It has the great value of counselors'core functions of providing excellent courses,being able to teach and ex-plaining.Counselors needs to focus on the implementation,base on facts and demonstrate their reform action.Advocating the curricular work of counselors is not a historic retrogression of promoting part-time counselors to become full-time teachers.Instead,it aints to cre-ate a way and method that combines counselors'dual identities as"cadres and teachers",dual functions as"work and education"and dual promotions as"titles and positions".This will create are institutional environment that is conducive to the counselors'dedication to educating students,and building a team of high-quality counselors.They can truly grow into intimate friends and mentors with a"Great Sage"spirits in the hearts of students.
