Research on the Kindergarten Teachers'Socio-emotional Competence from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
The socio-emotional competence of rural teachers is at the core of rural education development.A survey on the socio-emotional competence of teachers in public kindergartens in a township and village in southern Jiangxi Province revealed that,teachers generally perform well in their werall socio-emotional competence in various dimensions,but there are still im-balances in development among different dimensions.Through in-depth analysis,it can be seen that rural kindergarten teachers currently face practical difficulties such as insufficient awareness,low professionalization,and need to strengthen emotional regulation ability.Therefore,to enhance the socio-emotional competence of rural kindergarten teachers,the government should provide support and encourage teachers to engage in specialized learning.Kindergartens administrators should fill staffing gaps and reduce teachers'negative emotions.Teachers themselves should actively update their educational concepts and strive for the integration of knowledge and practice.
