以"工程范式"推进高水平师范大学建设的思考与实践

学校成功获批博士学位授予单位,完成了从学士、硕士到博士完整的人才培养体系的最后一块拼图,标志着高水平师范大学建设全面开启新的征程.但教育强国建设提速,高校分类管理加快,教育综合改革深化,对学校建设高水平应用型师范大学提出了新要求.学校在大学职能的充分发挥、办学育人的条件建设、治校理教的改革实践等方面与高水平应用型师范大学建设还有差距.站在新起点,要主动对接国家和江西经济社会发展重大战略,聚焦为乡村振兴和中国式现代化建设提供科技、人才和智力支撑的总目标,打破常规重塑"543"育人体系,全力以赴实施"464"行动计划,以"工程范式"推进高水平应用型师范大学建设.
Reflections and Practices on Advancing the Construction of High-level Normal Universities with"Engineering Paradigm"
The university has successfully been approved as a doctoral degree-granting institution,completing the final piece of the puzzle for a complete talent cultivation system ranging from bachelor's to doctoral degrees,marking the comprehensive start of a new journey in building a high-level normal university.However,the acceleration of educational powerhouse con-struction,the quickening pace of university classification management,and the deepening of comprehensive educational reforms have set new requirements for the university's construction as a high-level applied normal university.There is still a gap be-tween the university's full exercise of its functions,the construction of conditions for running schools and educating people,and the reform practices in governing and teaching,and the construction of a high-level applied normal university.Standing at a new starting point,we must take the initiative to align with the major strategies for the economic and social development of the country and Jiangxi,focus on the overall goal of providing scientific,talent,and intellectual support for rural revitalization and the construction of Chinese-style modernization,break the routine and reshape the"543"talent cultivation system,and fully implement the"464"action plan to promote the construction of a high-level applied normal university with an"engineering par-adigm".
