Mao Zedong's Thought of Social Governance and Contemporary Inspiration in the Central Soviet Period
From 1927 to 1937,the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression completly broke out.Mao Zedong led the Workers and Peasants Revolutionary Army to establish the first rural revolutionary base in Jinggangshan.During the above ten years of agrarian revolution,political power building,and party building,Mao Zedong's thought of social governance had grad-ually matured.Mao Zedong stressed that in the social governance of the base areas,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of the people as masters of the country,to implement democratic elections,and to rely on the people to promote the construction of the base areas.He emphasized it must develop the productive forces,carry out the agrarian revolution and develop the econ-omy of the base areas.In addition to the above,the Bases had to popularize culture and education,improve farmers'knowledge level,and promote the social construction of the base areas.In this way,the Bases insist on solving the problem of people's livelihood,taking care of the interests of the masses,and improving the lives of the people in the base areas.
