Based on CNKI literature data about ecological linguistics published between 2004 and 2022,this paper uses CiteSpace6.2.R2 to investigate the status quo and research trends in the field of ecological linguistics.The results indicate that domestic ecological discourse research has experienced three phases.Despite the late starting,it has developed rapidly in recent years,expected to become a prosperous discipline in the future.There has been cooperation among domestic ecological dis-course research institutions,but the trend of comprehensive collaboration has not yet formed.The research on ecological dis-course generally shows a trend of interdisciplinary integration.The research on ecological discourse needs to construct a dis-course theoretical system with Chinesecharacteristics.
