摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是一种定植于胃中的革兰氏阴性菌,与消化性溃疡、萎缩性胃炎、胃腺癌和胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤等疾病密切相关.近年来有文献指出Hp与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)存在相关性,由于NAFLD病因复杂,发病机制未明确,临床药物治疗仍在不断探索之中.若能明确Hp感染与NAFLD之间的相关性,这将为临床上治疗NAFLD提供新思路.本文对近年来Hp与NAFLD的相关性进行综述.
Abstract
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a gram-negative bacterium that colonizes the stomach.It is closely related to the diseases such as peptic ulcer,atrophic gastritis,gastric adenocarcinoma,and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.In recent years,some articles have pointed out that Hp is related to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Due to the complex etiology of NAFLD and the unclear pathogenesis,clinical drug treatment is still being explored.If the correlation between Hp infection and NAFLD can be clarified,it will provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of NAFLD.This article reviews the study of current status and correlation between Hp and NAFLD in recent years.
