肝硬化失代偿风险评估的研究进展

摘要
失代偿是肝硬化患者疾病进展的标志.早期及时发现肝硬化从代偿期到失代偿期的阶段性转变,有助于及时对肝硬化患者进行干预治疗,进而显著改善肝硬化患者的预后并延长生存期.因此评估肝硬化失代偿风险的方法在肝硬化疾病的诊疗过程尤为重要.本文对目前关于肝硬化失代偿风险评估方法的相关研究进行综述,旨在帮助临床医师进一步提高对肝硬化失代偿风险评估方法的认识.
Abstract
The decompensation stage is a sign of disease progression in patients with liver cirrhosis.Early and timely detection of the phase change of cirrhosis from compensated to decompensated will help timely intervene and treat patients with cirrhosis,thus significantly improving the prognosis of patients with cirrhosis and prolonging the survival period.Therefore,assessing the risk of decompensation in liver cirrhosis is particularly important in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis.This article reviews the current research on the assessment of the risk of liver cirrhosis decompensation,in order to help clinicians further improve their understanding of the risk assessment methods of liver cirrhosis decompensation.
