摘要

脓毒症是指由于宿主对感染反应失调而导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,是危重患者死亡的主要原因之一.脓毒症的早期诊断与正确治疗是降低病死率的关键,但目前尚无诊断的金标准.理想的脓毒症生物标志物应该具有早期诊断和预测不良预后的能力,且具有较好的敏感性和特异性.脓毒症的候选生物标志物众多,本文主要综述中性粒细胞CD64(Neutrophil CD64,nCD64)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、人类白细胞抗原-DR(Human leukocyte antigen-DR,HLA-DR)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)等关注度较高的候选生物标志物的研究进展.

Abstract

Sepsis refers to the lifethreatening organ dysfunction caused by the disorder of the host's response to infection.It is one of the main causes of death for critically ill patients.Early diagnosis and correct treatment are the key to reducing the mortality rate.but there is no gold standard for diagnosis.An ideal sepsis biomarker should have the ability to diagnose early and predict poor prognosis,and also have good sensitivity and specificity.There are many candidate biomarkers for sepsis.This article mainly reviews the recent progress of some candidate markers of great concern neutrophil CD64(nCD64),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),human leukocyte antigen-DR(HLA-DR),interleukin-6(IL-6).
