摘要
目前肺癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤,CT是诊断肺癌最常用的影像学技术.能谱CT作为近年来一种影像检查技术,能够无创获取肺部肿瘤的形态学、功能学信息,在肺部肿瘤的良恶性鉴别、肺癌的分型分期及肺癌的临床疗效评价方面具有一定的价值.目前研究结果显示,能谱CT在肺部肿瘤的诊断价值方面起到重要的作用.本文就能谱CT技术原理及其近年来在肺部肿瘤的应用及发展前景进行综述.
Abstract
Currently,lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor in China,and CT is the most frequently used imaging technique for the diagnosis of lung cancer.As a popular imaging technique in recent years,spectral CT can obtain the morphological and functional information of lung tumors non-invasively,which has certain value in the differentiation of benign and malignant lung tumors,the classification and staging of lung cancer and the clinical efficacy evaluation of lung cancer.At present,most of the research results have shown that spectral CT plays animportant role in the diagnosis of lung tumors.This article reviews the application and development prospect of spectral CT in lung tumors in recent years.
