摘要

目的:了解疫情期间某高校空气、电梯按钮、指纹打卡机、皮肤、手机细菌污染情况,为疫情期间有效减少细菌污染提供合理建议.并通过比较常用化学消毒剂(新洁尔灭、龙胆紫、75%酒精、碘伏)和中药(黄芩、牡丹皮)对皮肤和手机上细菌的抑菌效果,为更好地选用消毒剂提供参考.方法:采用自然沉降法采集空气细菌、采用涂抹法采集其他部位细菌,培养并计数菌落数,评估污染情况.通过纸片扩散法测量抑菌圈直径,评估4种化学消毒剂和2种中药对皮肤和手机上细菌的抑菌效果.结果:⑴细菌污染情况调查:8间实验室空气细菌检测结果为1间清洁,6间较清洁,1间微污染;8部电梯按钮细菌检测结果为7部超标;8台指纹打卡机细菌检测结果为2台超标;8名同学手指皮肤细菌检测结果为3名超标;8部手机细菌检测结果为2部超标.⑵化学消毒剂和中药对手指皮肤上细菌的抑菌效果为:新洁尔灭>黄芩>龙胆紫>牡丹皮>碘伏>酒精,即新洁尔灭效果最好;对手机上细菌的抑菌效果为:龙胆紫>新洁尔灭>黄芩>碘伏>牡丹皮>酒精,即龙胆紫效果最好.结论:某高校实验室空气质量较好,公用电梯按钮及指纹打卡机存在细菌污染超标的情况,相关部门需加强消毒频率和效果监测,师生使用后需加强手部消毒.学生手指皮肤以及手机也存在细菌污染超标现象,学生需加强自身手卫生意识以及手机卫生意识.新洁尔灭、龙胆紫、黄芩对手指皮肤和手机上细菌抑菌效果均排在前3位,日常可用作消毒剂.中药黄芩显示出较好的抑菌效果,可为中药消毒剂的开发提供参考.

Abstract

Objective:To understand the bacterial contamination of air,elevator buttons,fingerprint machines,skin,and cell phones of a university during the epidemic period,and to provide reasonable suggestions for effectively reducing bacterial pollution during the epidemic period.By comparing the bacteriostatic effects of commonly used chemical disinfectants(Bromogeramine,Gentian violet,75%Alcohol,Iodine volt)and Chinese herbs(Scutellaria baicalensis,Peony bark)for skin-derived bacteria and cell phone-derived bacteria,to provide a reference for selection of disinfectants.Methods:Air bacteria were collected by the natural sedimentation method and bacteria from other sites were collected by the smear method,then cultured and counted for colony count to assess contamination.The bacteriostatic circle diameter was measured by the paper diffusion method to evaluate the bacteriostatic effect of four chemical disinfectants and two herbal medicines for skin-derived bacteria and cell phone-derived bacteria.Results:⑴The air bacteria test results of eight laboratories showed that one room was clean,six rooms were relatively clean,and one room was slightly polluted;The bacterial test results of eight elevator buttons showed that seven exceeded the standard;The bacterial test results of eight fingerprint machines showed that two exceeded the standard;Eight students tested for bacteria on their finger skin,and three of them exceeded the standard;The bacterial test results of 8 mobile phones showed that two exceeded the standard.⑵The antibacterial effects of chemical disinfectants and herbal medicines for skin-derived bacteria were:Bromogeramine>Scutellaria baicalensis>Gentian violet>Peony bark>Iodine volt>Alcohol,and neosporin was the best.The antibacterial effects for cell phone-derived bacteria were:Gentian violet>Bromogeramine>Scutellaria baicalensis>Iodine volt>Peony bark>Alcohol,and gentian violet was best.Conclusion:The air quality of the laboratories in the university was good,but the public elevator buttons and fingerprint machines belonging to bacterial contamination exceeded the standard.The relevant departments need to enhance the disinfection frequency and strengthen disinfection effect monitoring,and teachers and students need to strengthen hand disinfection after use.Students'finger skin and cell phones belonging to bacterial contamination also exceeded the standard.Students need to strengthen their own hand hygiene awareness and cell phone hygiene awareness.Bromogeramine,Gentian violet and Scutellaria baicalensis ranked in the top three for their antibacterial effects for skin-derived and cell phone-derived bacteria,and they can be used as disinfectants in daily life.Scutellaria baicalensis has shown good antibacterial effects,which can provide a reference for the development of disinfectants of traditional Chinese medicine.
