摘要
经食管超声心动图(Transesophageal echocardiography,TEE)作为心血管外科手术中最普遍使用的一项超声诊断技术,对提高心血管疾病诊断的敏感性与安全性、辅助心脏手术中的操作监测和疗效评估等方面均有良好效果.目前,经食管超声心动图不仅在手术中应用日益普及,同时其临床应用范围也在不断扩大.本文就经食管超声心动图监测在临床应用中的进展进行综述.
Abstract
Transesophageal echocardiography(TEE),as one of the most commonly used technology in cardiovascular surgery ultrasound diagnosis,is effective in improving the sensitivity and security of the cardiovascular disease diagnosis,auxiliary operation monitoring and curative effect evaluation of cardiac surgery.At present,the application of TEE is increasingly popular in surgery,and its clinical application is constantly expanding.This article reviews the progress of TEE monitoring in clinical application.
