摘要
前锯肌平面阻滞(Serratus anterior plane block,SAPB)是将局麻药注入前锯肌的浅表或深面,通过药物的扩散实现对靶神经的阻滞.近年来,随着超声技术与设备的快速发展,SAPB进入了可视化的时代,又因其效果确切,操作简捷,并发症相较于其他镇痛方式较少,广泛地应用于临床.本文主要从SAPB的应用解剖、超声引导穿刺入路与层面、临床应用及药物容量等方面进行综述,以期指导临床应用.
Abstract
The serratus anterior plane block(SAPB)is injected into the superficial or deep surface of the serratus anterior plane block,and the target nerve is blocked by drug diffusion.In recent years,with the rapid development of ultrasound technology and equipment,SAPB has entered the era of visualization.Due to its exact effect,simple operation and fewer complications than other analgesic methods,SAPB has been widely used in clinic.This paper mainly reviews the applied anatomy of SAPB,ultrasound-guided puncture approaches and levels,clinical application and drug capacity,in order to clarify the doubts and guide clinical application.
