高血压肾损害的诊疗进展

摘要
高血压肾损害现已成为导致终末期肾病(End-stage renal disease,ESRD)的主要原因之一,但高血压肾损害在临床上发现时大多已出现肾功能异常.目前该病的确诊较为困难且诊断手段及治疗均较为滞后,故早期发现并干预尤为重要.本文在查阅高血压肾损害的相关文献后,对该病诊断手段及治疗的研究进展进行论述.文献复习结果发现目前高血压肾损害诊断指标主要包括肾活检、肾小管功能检测指标、肾小球功能检测指标、肾血流动力学指标;治疗方法主要包括调整生活方式的一般治疗及药物治疗,尽早发现并干预肾损害对延缓疾病进展以改善预后具有重要意义.
Abstract
Hypertensive renal damage has become one of the main causes of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).However,when hypertensive renal damage is found in clinical practice,most of the renal function is abnormal.At present,the diagnosis of the disease is difficult and the diagnostic means and treatment are lagging behind.Early detection and intervention are particularly important.This article reviews the literature on hypertensive renal impairment and discusses the research progress of its diagnosis and treatment.The diagnostic indicators mainly include renal biopsy,renal tubular function detection indicators,glomerular function detection indicators,renal hemodynamic indicators.Treatment methods mainly include general treatment of lifestyle adjustment and drug therapy.Early detection and early intervention of kidney damage are of great significance for delaying disease progression and improving prognosis.
