摘要
目的:探讨临床技能客观结构化临床考试(Objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)考核方案对学生临床思维和技能水平的考核效果.方法:对61名2018级本科生毕业考核实施OSCE考核方案,分析其成绩及对教学的满意度.结果:61名学生"7站"的考核成绩较好,其中"第6站——临床思辨"的考核成绩偏低,学生整体满意度较高.结论:OSCE考核方案可更全面、真实地考核学生临床思维和技能水平.
Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively and systematically assess the clinical thinking and skill level of students and reflect the teaching effectiveness in objective structured clinical examination(OSCE).Methods:The OSCE assessment plan was carried out for 61 undergraduate students of Grade 2018,and their scores and satisfaction with teaching were analyzed.Results:The average scores of the 61 students were good in the"seven stations"assessment,and the scores of the"sixth station-clinical reasoning"were relatively lower.The overall student satisfaction score was high.Conclusion:The OSCE assessment plan can comprehensively and realistically assess the clinical thinking and skill level of students.
