摘要

主动脉夹层是心血管导致死亡最常见的疾病,病情危急,进展快.主要发病因素包括细胞组学因素及临床疾病因素,但导致其致病的分子机制尚不清楚.近年来,随着分子生物学的发展,由于对主动脉细胞和分子生物学的了解,越来越多的研究更倾向于对主动脉夹层的分子机制展开.主动脉壁中层细胞外基质蛋白构成的异常,细胞外基质的破坏,打破了主动脉壁的平衡机制,导致主动脉生理性变化,进而引起主动脉夹层的形成.了解主动脉夹层形成的蛋白分子机制,以达到通过人为干预的手段影响主动脉夹层的形成及进展.本综述主要阐述主动脉夹层的蛋白分子机制研究进展.

Abstract

Aortic dissection is the most common cardiovascular disease leading to death.It is critical and progresses rapidly.The main pathogenic factors include cytological factors and clinical disease factors.But the molecular mechanism leading to its pathogenesis is still unclear.In recent years,with the development of molecular biology,due to the better understanding of aortic cells and molecular biology,more and more studies are inclined to the molecular mechanism of aortic dissection.The abnormal composition of extracellular matrix proteins in the middle layer of the aortic wall and the destruction of the extracellular matrix break the balance mechanism of the aortic wall,leading to physiological changes in the aorta,which in turn causes the formation of aortic dissection.To understand the molecular mechanism of protein in the formation of aortic dissection,so as to influence the formation and progression of aortic dissection by means of human intervention is important.This review focuses on the research progress of protein molecular mechanism of aortic dissection.
